Authentication and core Compliance services have been restored, and production traffic is now being served through our recovery environment. We are monitoring stability and validating remaining background services. Some non-critical functionality may remain temporarily degraded.

We have identified the issue as an account-level restriction imposed by our cloud infrastructure provider, affecting authentication and Compliance services. We are working directly with the provider and completing the required remediation steps to restore service. We will share another update as soon as more information becomes available.
